Production & Shipping Guide
Confirm the order before production starts
Review the product specification, quantities, approved sample, artwork, packaging and trade term with your sales contact. Include any required inspection or testing arrangements. Our usual payment structure is a 30% deposit and a 70% balance, with the detailed payment schedule set out in the order terms.
Count production time from deposit receipt
Regular orders take 10–30 days to produce, counted from our confirmation that the deposit has been received. Agree on the order schedule with us rather than treating this range as a fixed date for every project. Custom development, tooling, additional testing or changes to the specification need a project-specific schedule.
Keep progress updates and changes tied to the order
Use your company name, product models and purchase reference when asking for an update. If you need to change a color, length, fitting, quantity or artwork, contact us before assuming the change can be made. We will review the production stage and confirm any effect on the price or schedule.
Arrange inspection at the right stage
We support third-party inspection. Share the inspection requirements, contact details and preferred timing early so we can coordinate access and order readiness. Any additional product testing should also be discussed before the shipment date is agreed.
Select the trade term and delivery destination
We support EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP arrangements and can help arrange overseas transport to a specified address. Send the destination and your preferred arrangement for a shipping quotation. Confirm the selected trade term, shipment details and required documents as part of your order.
Separate production completion from arrival
The production lead time covers manufacturing, not the full journey to your destination. Transport and customs arrangements add time, depending on the shipment and route. If your project has a required arrival date, tell us at quotation stage so production and freight can be reviewed together.

No. It refers to production time. Transit and other delivery arrangements are considered separately for your destination and shipping route.

Can you arrange delivery to our overseas address?
Yes. Send the complete delivery address and your shipment requirements. We can review overseas transport to that destination and quote the agreed arrangement.
Can my inspection company visit before shipment?
Yes. We support third-party inspection. Contact us early with the inspection company, scope and preferred date so the visit can be coordinated with production readiness.
Can I change the order after paying the deposit?
Contact us as soon as you need a change. What can be adjusted depends on the production stage and the requested change. Any revised specification, cost or schedule needs to be agreed before it is put into effect.
