Quality & After-Sales Guide
Define what needs to be checked
Agree on the model, product specification, target market and acceptance requirements before confirming an order. Identify any dimensions, performance requirements, labeling or test documents that are essential to your business. This provides the reference for sample review, production and any later investigation.
Incoming material checks and finished strap testing
We sample-check webbing and hardware when they arrive at the factory. After straps have been sewn and assembled, we carry out random tensile tests. These are sampling checks and tests; discuss any additional inspection or testing requirements with us when planning the order.
Request the documents for the product you are buying
Our popular standard products have TÜV GS certification, and we can provide certificates and test reports for applicable models. Documentation should be checked against the actual model and configuration. A customized product may require a separate review or additional testing rather than relying on documents for a different specification.
Arrange independent inspection or additional tests
We support third-party inspection and can send custom products to testing organizations such as TÜV or DEKRA. Tell us the tests or inspection scope you require so the arrangements, costs and schedule can be confirmed. Share these requirements before production or shipment planning is finalized.
Send a clear report if you find a problem
Provide the purchase reference, model, affected quantity and a description of what you found. Photos of the product, labels, packaging and the issue help us identify the relevant order and compare it with the confirmed specification. Use the quality support form to send the information and an available attachment.
Investigation first, then an agreed resolution
When a quality concern is reported, we investigate the issue and which party is responsible. We review the findings with the customer and agree on the appropriate resolution for the actual case. Clear product records and supporting photos help us understand what happened and discuss the next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request testing or inspection documents?
Yes. Tell us the model and the documents you need. We can provide TÜV GS certificates and test reports for applicable popular standard products, and review additional testing requirements for custom configurations.
What should I provide for a quality issue?
Select Product quality & after-sales support on the request form. Include the purchase reference, model, affected quantity, a description and clear photos or an available document so we can begin reviewing the issue.
What checks do you carry out on materials and finished straps?
Webbing and hardware are sample-checked when received. After sewing and assembly, finished straps are subject to random tensile tests. Additional order-specific checks can be discussed in advance.
Is every finished strap tensile-tested?
Our routine tensile testing is carried out on a random sample after sewing and assembly. If your order requires a different inspection or test arrangement, raise it before the order is finalized.
Can my custom product be tested by TÜV or DEKRA?
Yes. We can send the product for third-party testing against your required test content. Confirm the exact test scope, costs and schedule with us before making it part of your project plan.
Can I arrange an independent inspection?
Yes. Share the inspection company, scope and timing with your sales contact so we can coordinate the arrangements with the order schedule.
How do you handle a quality complaint?
We review the information, investigate the problem and responsibility, then discuss an appropriate resolution with you based on the findings. The outcome is agreed for the specific case.
