Products & Specifications Guide

Start with how the strap will be used

Tell us what you need to secure, how the strap attaches and where it will be used. Include the target market, required load rating and any space or dimensional restrictions. Brands can share an existing product specification; businesses buying for their own operations can start with application photos and a description of the task.

Choose the product and its key details

Our range includes ratchet tie-down straps, cam buckle straps, rope ratchets and bungee straps. The right starting model depends on the application. Review the strap width, finished length, webbing material, adjustment mechanism, hooks or end fittings and label requirements with our team rather than choosing by appearance alone.

Match colors, lengths and fittings

We hold substantial webbing inventory in a variety of colors, covering most customer requirements. Start by checking available colors before requesting a special webbing run. Lengths, hardware, stitching details and branding can be reviewed for a custom strap. Specially produced webbing usually requires a separate minimum of 5,000–10,000 meters.

Confirm performance and documentation for the actual model

A product photo or a similar-looking strap does not confirm the performance of a specific configuration. Send your required load rating and target market so we can review the appropriate model and available documents. TÜV GS certification and test reports are available for our popular standard products; ask which documents apply to the model you are considering.

Create a specification everyone can work from

Before samples or production, agree on the product model, dimensions, materials, fittings, color, label content and packaging. If a drawing, sample or artwork is revised, identify the version to be used. This gives your purchasing team and our production team a common reference for the order.

Your product selection checklist

  • Intended use, attachment method and application photos
  • Reference model, drawing or sample, if available
  • Required load rating, strap width and finished length
  • Webbing color, hardware, label and packaging preferences
  • Target market and any required certificates or tests

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right product?

Start with the application rather than a product name. Share how and where the strap will be used, the required load rating and any dimensional restrictions. Our team can then review a suitable model and the details that need to be confirmed.

Where can I find product specifications?

Check the specification and attachment sections on the product page. If a dimension, material or document is missing, send us the model number and the detail you need before approving a sample or order.

Can you identify a strap from a photo or an old sample?

Yes, we accept photos, drawings and physical samples as development references. Include dimensions, intended use and any readable label information. We will review the specification with you rather than assume an exact match from the photo alone.

Do I need to order specially made webbing for my color?

Often, an existing stock color can meet the requirement. We carry a large selection of colored webbing. Send your color reference first; if special webbing production is needed, its usual minimum is 5,000–10,000 meters.

Can I change the length or hardware on a standard design?

Yes, these are common customization requests. Send the required length and fitting details for review. Custom straps have a minimum order of 200 straps; special webbing production may have an additional material minimum.

Does every configuration carry TÜV GS certification?

Certification applies to the relevant product and specification. Our popular standard products have TÜV GS certification, but a changed configuration should be reviewed separately. We can check available documents and discuss additional testing for your custom product.
