Standard products and custom straps have different minimums
Standard products have no minimum order quantity. Tell us the model and quantity you need so we can check availability. Custom straps start at 200 straps. Quantities for available colors and lengths can be combined within the same product model; different models are considered separately.
Check stock webbing before commissioning a special run
Our stocked webbing includes a broad range of colors, meeting most customer needs without a special material run. If your project requires specially produced webbing, the usual minimum is 5,000–10,000 meters. This is a webbing production minimum measured in meters, separate from the minimum number of finished custom straps.
Send the details that determine your quotation
A useful quotation starts with the specification and quantities for each model. Include color and length breakdowns, fittings, labels, packaging and the delivery destination. Material choices, construction, customization, packaging and shipping arrangements all affect the final quote. Prices shown on product pages are starting references; use the confirmed quotation for your order.
Review the quote within its validity period
Our quotations are valid for one month. Check that the quoted model, configuration, quantities, packaging and trade term match your requirements. If the validity period has passed or you change the specification, ask us to review and reconfirm the quotation before proceeding.
Choose a payment route and confirm the order terms
We accept T/T and PayPal. For credit card payment, we can create an Alibaba Trade Assurance order for you to pay through Alibaba. The usual payment arrangement is a 30% deposit and a 70% balance. Confirm the balance payment schedule and the selected payment route in your order documents.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard products have no MOQ. Custom straps start at 200 straps. If your project needs specially produced webbing, its usual minimum is 5,000–10,000 meters. Send the specification so we can identify which conditions apply.
Can different colors and lengths be combined toward MOQ?
Available color and length combinations count toward the minimum for the same product model. Quantities from different models do not combine. A special webbing run may also have its own material minimum.
Why is the special webbing minimum measured in meters?
It relates to production of the webbing material, rather than the number of finished straps. The finished strap length and construction affect how much material a project uses. We can review whether stocked webbing is a suitable alternative.
Can you quote different order quantities?
Yes. Send the quantities you want to compare for each specification. We can quote against those quantities so you can assess the purchasing options for your project.
How long is my quotation valid?
One month. If you are ready to proceed after that period, or the specification has changed, contact us for a refreshed quotation.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we can arrange an Alibaba Trade Assurance order so you can pay by credit card through Alibaba. We also accept T/T and PayPal; confirm the payment route with your sales contact.
What deposit do you normally require?
Our usual arrangement is a 30% deposit with a 70% balance. The balance payment schedule is confirmed in the order terms. Production lead time starts when we confirm receipt of the deposit.
