Customize an established model or develop a new design
For an existing strap design, we can review changes to webbing, lengths, stitching, fittings, branding and packaging. If your application needs a new product, share drawings, a physical sample or the problem you need to solve. We will review the development scope before agreeing on samples, costs and a production specification.
Use available materials where they suit your project
We hold webbing in many colors, offering a starting point for most customization requests. Custom straps have a 200-strap minimum. Specially produced webbing usually requires 5,000–10,000 meters, so it is useful to check stock colors and materials before commissioning a special run.
Prepare branding, labels and packaging together
Send the logo artwork, preferred placement, label content and packaging references. Include any barcodes, pack quantities, instructions or carton markings your business requires. Identify the target market so the artwork and product information can be reviewed as part of the specification. Confirm the final files before production.
Agree on confidentiality and tooling before development
We can sign an NDA for confidential projects and accept development based on customer drawings or samples. Where new tooling is required, the customer covers the tooling cost. Once development is complete, the resulting customer-specific product is reserved for sale to that customer. Confirm the project scope, exclusivity and tooling arrangements in writing before proceeding.
Move from a brief to an approved production version
A development project moves through requirements review, sampling, feedback and final specification approval. Agree on the points that need evaluation before moving to production. If your customized product needs additional testing, we can arrange testing through third-party organizations such as TÜV or DEKRA against your requested test requirements.

Yes. Send your artwork, label content and packaging references with the model and quantities. We will review the options and confirm the sample, costs and final files with you.
What should I prepare for an ODM project?
Provide the application, drawings or sample references, target performance, expected quantities and schedule. Add any confidentiality or tooling requirements before sharing detailed project materials.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. Let us know that the project is confidential and arrange the NDA with our team before sending sensitive drawings or design information.
Can you develop from my drawings or samples?
Yes. We accept both. Explain which details must be retained, what you want to change and the intended use so we can review the design and sampling scope.
Who pays for new tooling?
The customer covers tooling costs for their development project. We will discuss the requirements and confirm the cost and project arrangements before proceeding.
Will a product developed with my tooling be sold to other customers?
For customer-funded tooling development, the completed customer-specific product is reserved for sale to that customer. Agree on the exact exclusivity scope and related project terms in writing.
Can a custom product be sent for third-party testing?
Yes. We can send custom products to third-party testing organizations such as TÜV or DEKRA for the tests you require. The test scope, costs and schedule should be confirmed for the project.
